Rapid Packaging will preach to you that they are a like a family, that they put people first and that they have the greatest work culture on Earth. If you believe this tall tale and accept a position, you are in for a comically opposite experience. Management has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They will tell you to be resourceful and not to ask questions, and they will belittle you and act like you are an idiot anytime you do ask a question. Later on that same day, they will tell you that you don't ask enough questions, leaving you perplexed and wondering if you are being punked. They will give you "homework" to complete using their hilariously archaic CRM, but they won't give you access to the CRM. You will find that it is very difficult to use a CRM that you can't access, but they will ignore you when you tell them that you still do not have access to it. On your 8th day with the company, they will schedule the very first assessment for you to showcase what you have learned about the products. You will study the products and be extremely confident in your knowledge. When you show up at the scheduled time for your assessment, you will be ambushed and told that you are being terminated due to not asking enough questions, not having completed the CRM homework on time, (with the CRM that you have never had access to), and for not knowing the products well enough (which you have never once been assessed on, and they have absolutely no way of knowing what you know or don't know about them). You will be incredibly confused by this entire experience, and it will seriously harm you and your career path. The other great job offers that you turned down in order to accept this position will no longer be available and you will have wasted several months of your life just to find yourself unemployed and on square one of your job search. 0 stars wasn't an option but they certainly do not deserve a star. I'll probably never know if they are actually so incompetent that they truly believed that the reasons they gave me made any sense, or if they were knowingly gaslighting.
