With a strong patient focus and collaborative culture, people are able to have a large span to operate within. ReCode is a small startup, so the teams are small and nimble, thus allowing for a lot of opportunity for individual growth and development.
Cons
Because ReCode is a small startup in the genetic medicine space, the risk is quite high. Coupled with a difficult funding environment, this is probably not the place for employee with low risk tolerance with respect to company stability.
