Never known a business have such a high turnover of staff. Started with 9 other account managers, all of them had left within a year. You’ll be promised spending accounts when you start, in reality, you’ll be given ZERO. Expect to hear how they like opinions and push back on decisions, yet if you challenge anything, you’ll be told you’re wrong and negative. I complained about senior management and lack of support, and was gaslit, and told that I was ungrateful, and how dare I complain. And don’t bother with HR. Complaints ignored. The place is undergoing huge cuts every year, so expect your account role to be on the chopping block every Nov/Dec.
