Pros

The salary is higher than quite a no. of other companies in the same level and if you are lucky enough like me and you get a supportive manager, you will be alright.

Cons

They have the most outdated systems in the world, if you are in customer service you get abised day in and day out, on calls and sometimes even in person. I have not seen posters and boards like in other places which says something on the lines of 'No abuse to staff', may be now they have put up a poster pr something. The higher management never really asks the actual people working on the field before launching something and hence it becomes an absolute mess. Line Managers here are more helpless than anyone because even if they are really nice & supportive, they can't do much because their hands are tied by ridiculous policies and lack of vision from leadership. Some employees love to abuse the system by being on leave forever, while the hardworking ones have to take the brunt. Here comes the funny part though, both get the same hike during review.
