Pros
Unlimited PTO and they offer a 401(k) plan
Cons
The company is struggling but doesn't want to admit it. While I am a former employee, I talk to people from there almost daily. It's complete turmoil. Directions from management change almost daily. Each day managers are coming up with a new "tool" (spreadsheet, tracker, deck) that everyone is to follow. Problem is people are tired of all the change which does NOTHING for the customers. People aren't learning the new tools because it will be replaced next week or after the next meeting, whichever happens first. Major issues concern the software. Realpage is having an issue with one of their systems that has to do with some sort of interface with Microsoft. As of late last week, that was still occurring. One of my former clients told me she waited on hold to discuss this issue, for over 2 hours last week. She was told to use the 'work around'. That was the result of a call lasting over 2 hours. Lastly, I've been watching the reviews that are being posted on GD for a while. The previous poster mentioned 'forced reviews'. That has been a rumor since 2021, but there does seem to be a pattern here. Be smart. Avoid this company.
