Pros

Salary gets credited on fixed date except in case of weekend. Can't think of many pros.

Cons

Micro management: Manager and lead will take so many meetings for small things and ask to prepare 100s of documents in free time just to keep everyone busy (just like in school) Sapiance: You have to adhere to log working 8.5 hrs in Sapiance. You can't even search other site. If you fail to not make average 8.5 hrs you will definitely have to go for meeting to answer why it is not achieved. Bad politics: Bad politics within team also in management. You will never go home happily end of the day. Employees pressurisation: Management pressurise employees a lot. An escalations draws attentions of the management but cilent appreciations never. Team divide & rule: They are interested in dividing the team rather than encouraging team bonding. No initiative from the management for team bonding. Leaving on time: Never think that you can leave office on time 6:30pm. If you try to do it, manager or lead will look as if you have made a big mistake. They will definitely ask something about work and try to sit on your desk at least a hour more. Saturday working: They have policy of alternate Saturdays working which is not employee friendly. Role changes: You will have to do a task which is not related to your work or skillset. If you don't have a job in hand or in dire need of job; only then go for it otherwise don't leave your company (howsoever it is) for money.

Pros

Job Security: Many employees have worked here for over 15 years, showing that the company offers stable jobs. Low Work Pressure: The work environment is not stressful, with no heavy pressure or tight deadlines, which is nice for those who prefer a calm job. Good for Freshers: If you’re just starting your career, this company is a good place to get some initial experience.

Cons

No Career Growth: There are limited opportunities to move up in your career. If you stay for 3-4 years, you might feel stuck in the same role with no real progress. Lack of Skill Development: The company doesn’t focus much on helping employees improve their skills or learn new things, so growth can be slow. Limited Work-from-Home Options: Only the marketing team gets to work from home for 4 days a week. Other departments have less flexibility. Office Politics & Favoritism: There’s a lot of favoritism, where some people get ahead not because of their skills, but because of personal connections. This can be discouraging. Boring Work Environment: There aren’t many fun activities or team-building events, like "Fun Fridays." The work culture feels a bit dull, and new ideas are rarely encouraged. Low Salary Growth for Experienced Employees: Pay raises are not great, especially for those who have been working for a long time. It can feel like you’re not being paid enough for your work. Poor Understanding of Own Services: The company doesn’t seem to know how to sell its own services well, which can hurt the business.
