Pros

There is a lot to love about working at Reconciled! Some of the things at the top of my mind are: -Fun and supportive work environment -Collaborative culture -Awesome team members -Core Values are lived out here -Leadership is approachable, and values employee input -Good work-life balance -Remote environment

Cons

I prefer “areas for improvement” over “cons”: -I feel like I have limited opportunities for growth and career advancement here at this time. I am excited to see what the future could hold for me here as the company grows. -A couple of the benefits could be better, such as offering a 401k match.

Pros

The culture is collaborative across teams and departments, and people feel supported, safe to speak up, and encouraged to do great work. Leadership is genuinely invested in both team and client success; the managers truly care about their teams and clients, and there are tons of opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your skills. I have learned SO much during my time here and I continue to learn each week. I've had the opportunity to contribute / own projects that empowered me to stretch and develop within my field. Once established with Reconciled, the option for flexible schedules make maintaining real work/life harmony achievable.

Cons

As a growing company, processes and priorities continuously evolve so being a part of the team requires flexibility and adaptability. Like all growing organizations, there can be some uncertainty at times, but it also creates opportunities to jump in, contribute and grow.
