Pros

There is a good pace of growth which of course comes with its challenges but rather those challenges than that of decline. In my experience the time to be concerned as an employee is when change is lacking and a business stands still and stagnates as this is not conducive to staying ahead of the game. Some people find it hard to accept change but as with any successful business, hard decisions sometimes need to be taken for the greater good of the business which aren’t always popular but without those decisions being taken, the business wouldn’t be where it is today. Working at Red Box is both challenging and rewarding and I never have any 2 days which are the same. There is lots of opportunity to get involved in various projects and initiatives and opportunity is rife for ambitious individuals who are keen to further their personal development and career aspirations. There is a great team here at Red Box – the culture is inclusive and there are lots of talented, knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to work alongside and who have lots of experience to draw upon.

Cons

Whilst the benefits offering is good for a small size business, I think there is still room for improvement. I’d like to see opportunity to buy/sell holidays, more flexible working and increased employer pension contributions. As the business continues to grow, facilities are becoming more and more stretched in terms of desk spaces, parking etc.

Pros

Decent salary and commission plan. The core platform is reliable. However, the QM /WFO functionality has to be developed further for a mainstream contact center.

Cons

My position was misrepresented during the interview process. Additionally, alleged reseller agreements, pricing, territory , ramp time and annual quota were completely different than what was agreed upon. Please be honest with your new hires!!!
