      Excellent Aero Department resources and facilities. Friendly culture. Vey experienced and skilled colleagues.

      Cons

      Difficult to intergrate when Aero team is in England and rest of team is in Italy. Unrealistic team championship goals. Italian politics.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
