      Great company culture The direction from the head office really drives the work in every city Not stressful at all Fun job and lots of creative work

      Cons

      The city level management is where the goals are lost sometimes Because everyone is a student on the brand manager team, sometimes the brand manager might be over worked

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
