      Great work environment, awesome staff and leadership. Upper management listens to your ideas and they can be insane. Anything you want to do you can make happen.

      salary is low but you get nice perks

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
