Amazing culture, always looking to develop staff, great bonus opportunities and incentives. Staff management is world class. manager's and the company are passionate in development from all kinds of levels. Very easy to approach colleagues about any troubles you have and they're willing to give there time to assist you. Social events and team integration are the best I've ever seen in all the companies I've worked for. Everyday at work is always a great challenge and opportunity to learn. The culture can sometimes not be for everyone but staff aren't pushy and are very open minded when it comes to the culture. Discount perks aren't very significant. Would appreciate if we could get more % from the online shop and perhaps other lifestyle discounts.
