Pros
Incredible experience, and education working with Red Bull as a student. The training was great, you got to be as creative as you wanted, and the perks were fun too.
Cons
I think more structure would have helped a student in general, when your in college you tend to not focus too much on things that don't have deadlines. Deadlines would help and more structure,
