Pros
-Great Benefits package -Lots of company outings -As much free Red Bull as your stomach can handle -Cool company culture -Opportunities to move up if you can make it through the daily ASM grind
Cons
-No work life balance, start time is 5:30am, and you will be working a minimum 11 hour day -DSM's are basically route jumpers, not really offering any support or guidance. A lot of them are former ASM's that moved up, so you can tell they aren't really leaders, just someone thats been running a route longer than you. -Too many responsibilities fall on the ASM's shoulders. We should be worried about selling and delivering, not office duties, inventory, fleet management, and other in-route duties that just suck time away from us getting done. -Not enough POS materials on hand to execute well on goals that are set for you. -Monthly bonus checks are taxed at 40%, keep this in mind then negotiating for your base salary
