      Cons

      High turnover rate. Low pay. Long hours. Procedures are in the air. Favoritism. Management's only goal is to push product no matter what. Never take into consideration any other factors outside of dumping product in stores.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
