      Pros

      Best job ever! Loved being outside and meeting people constantly. We were also given some freedom to come up with our own "missions" and really make an impact.

      Cons

      We had to be "on" all the time. By the end of a shift, you are completely work out and ready for some alone time. It also would have been nice to work more than 29 hours.

      - Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
