Pros
-Atmosphere - Everyone is so positive, there's lots of laughs, it's hard to walk in with a bad mood and leave without a smile on your face, there's even an office dog most days a week!
-Co-workers - The entire management team is invested in your growth, they're always willing to answer as many questions as I fire at them, they even take time to sit down with me to help me. I've never worked with such genuinely caring people. The training is VERY hands on, and I've even spent time out at the events with the President.
-Growth - In the few months I've been here I've seen so much growth not only personally, but professionally as well. Over the holiday's my family was so impressed with what I've learned and what I'm doing now. I love that everything is merit based, and unlike my last position I will never hit the glass ceiling here!
-Compensation - performance based…harder you work, more $$$$
Cons
-Input = Output - I've grown past some of my co-workers that have been here longer, and I've already seen a few people quit. This is not a position for an undriven individual that expects handouts, the opportunity is not given to anyone…it's earned.
-Negative family members - concerned with the amount of time I'm spending working, I've tried to explain the growth and opportunity but they're not very understanding
-Weekends - working weekends isn't always ideal, but to master a craft in a short amount of time it's understandable…some don't feel the same way
