Pros
Some nice gifts if you the person who works maybe 10 to 20 hours a week of OT. Being able to wear what you want to work jeans shorts etc. Free lunch when lunches are suspended due to High Call Volume. Nice Chairs to sit in.
Cons
Having to raise your hand for bathroom. Being denied PTO a month or two in advance. Bad Day Bad week due to uncontrollable calls meaning existing customer,NO SERVICE, etc. next up action plan FIRED. Unmoral and Unethical Practices..Commission job and don't know what your getting paid from MONTH to MONTH.
