Pros
Great food options Nice campus Some good people Work/life balance Benefits (health, vacation, etc.) were pretty amazing No over-your-shoulder micromanagement Vacation/sick-time was very flexible. Just don't take advantage of their generosity in that regard and everyone will continue to benefit. Most everyone was very nice
Cons
WAY too many meetings Lack of communication between upper and lower level Standards changed too often A little too cult-like for me Recruiters will say whatever they need to in order to get you in and meet their numbers. Get EVERYTHING they promise you in writing BEFORE you sign the acceptance letter. No real room to grow unless you can schmooze the right people. There were a few individuals with just enough power and influence to keep others where they wanted them so they didn't have to give up their power. That has made some really good quality people quit and look elsewhere.
