      In the US they are awesome! The campus and support are amazing!

      Cons

      In Brazil they don't give too much support, and their CEO moved to the US - which makes the whole thing pointless in my view.

      high trust environment, opportunities to learn, grow, make an impact, often working in green field projects

      culture is changing as they move to be more corporate, pay is mid/low
