Pros
I worked for this company and watched them praise you when you're up and absolutely ridicule and degrade you when you're down. The sales format is garbage. Watched the No1 guy get a string of bad customers and they treated him like he did something wrong. What's worst is he began to believe it. He trained me and road along with me to find out what I was doing differently......I did the same thing he taught me to do!!!
Cons
I made the Superstar trip... it was nice... the Christmas party at the Children's museum also nice... but..The truth is you are only as good as your last 4 weeks... the PIP process... with proper management you should never get there... more than 50% turnover...
