Super dysfunctional company, one to avoid for sure - Pre-Sales SE RedSeal Employee Review

-Has to be the unlimited PTO -Pay for reimbursement of Certs -Pretty Good Pay

I would say the only cons i frequently see is from product engineering.

- Remote work (and that is about it)

1. selling old / outdated products in new packaging (selling and pitching this product is like putting lipstick on a pig. Stay away and work for a company with a better product) 2. culture is full of yes men and yes women with lots of internal politics 3. not much room for career growth and advancement 4. sales leadership seems confused and all over the place. They think firing people and replacing people will get them better results 5. Again, this may have been a good place to work in the past but today it is a revolving door of sales talent. So be careful and consider all your options before you accept a position in this company (RedSeal should be one of your last and final choices) 6. No diversity on the sales side. Everyone looks and sounds the same 7. It is a burning building right now. Do not enter and STAY AWAY! Cons definitely outweigh the pros
