      Pros

      Not much. Pay, maybe... Although don't count on comission unless you work in the Fed team which somehow manage to sell it

      Cons

      Everything. Management , product is crap and dates back to 1992 in terms of look and feel. New "cloud" product is another pie in the sky

      Decent pay. Great product in theory.

      Cons

      Product has SO many issues. Internal politics is pretty bad. The core values of the company are rarely upheld by the senior management.
