Pros

There are 2-3 people who have a wealth of technical knowledge. Learn as much as you can from them. There’s obnoxiously high turnover so you’ll just be another butt in a seat.

Cons

First things first, know that most of the “positive” 4-5 star reviews here are falsified and written by an assistant who was forced to “write something nice” about the company. Here’s a true review of what you’re getting into working for this company: If you have the unfortunate privilege of getting hired by this place, get in, learn all you can, and find somewhere else to work because you will never be valued or appreciated. Management here is trash, and you will be worked to the bone. You will not be paid fairly. You will be left working on things well above your capabilities and then yelled at for not figuring it out. There is no upward mobility and raises are pitiful (If you even get one). There are accommodations for working from home (COVID protocols be damned), and work/life balance is non-existent. On one hand, RedZone HAS the potential to be a really great company. However, it’s the management that chooses to run the company this way and chooses to cover for each other when things go south (which more often times than not, is their fault).

Pros

There's broad exposure to B2B tech and cybersecurity. Marketing works closely with technical teams, the leadership, and sales departments, so campaigns are linked to real business goals. I always have something to learn and explore. The people are collaborative and happy to share their knowledge.

Cons

There are lots of details to pay attention to.
