      Good vision, strong desire to do right by Reddit users, seemingly strong company financials.

      Cons

      Ads management/leadership is a mess, too much focus on revenue per head, losing focus on "remember the human", ruthlessly cutting costs, one manager change is all it takes to go from good to bad.
