Pros

A lot of people that works there are from a good educational and professional background. The benefits are okay. Decent path to progress in the career.

Cons

The company is still immature but it wants to act like a corporation. 2023 started really bad as they cut benefits by one third and effectively started to laid off people. Management keeps changing their ideas and there's so much clutter and process that prevents to get the job done quickly. They say they focus on cultures and values but in practice that is not applied.

Pros

The company has amazing perks. From free lunches to budgets for learning, woking from home and wellness.

Cons

The London location had a lot of first time people managers, who were not trained well in leading teams and managing people. This led to a sometimes toxic work environment with managers transferring senior pressures onto ICs.
