      Pros

      Most coworkers there are friendly. The biggest pro is, if you’re a music fan, you work with a media that you have a lot of love for.

      Cons

      Management is clueless most of the time. The owners are out of touch and seemingly live in a bubble. They keep wages low and only increased pay to a “living wage” because they were pressured after a social media blunder that called them out for their toxic and uncaring culture. They don’t care about employees, as anyone who worked there through covid can attest to.

      Pros

      So many opportunities came from this internship; it helped me years into the start of my career.

      Cons

      Not amazing pay but still living wage for Orange County. Compared to other music companies this is an asset.

      Pros

      The Pro is definitely the people and the work environment most days great to work with and for. Overtime was available if you wanted it.

      Cons

      Cons I couldnt find many in the warehouse area, even from the management and mid level at the time. Occasionally you had someone come through that didn't really want to work, but they didn't stay long.
