Redkite Response
2yThank you for sharing your feedback, I appreciate hearing from from the team no matter the context and will strive to address both the positive aspects of Redkite that you mention as well as the constructive comments that will help us continually improve our ways of working. I have taken time to consider this feedback, hence the delay in response, however I hope to have addressed all points below to a satisfactory standard.
I am are proud to hear that you feel like Redkite has a good company culture and that we have hired talented individuals. This is something we are very passionate about at Redkite and put a lot of effort into maintaining. Benefits such as extra paid holiday help us recognise and reward our people for the excellent work they do and brilliant contribution they bring to the growth of Redkite. Taking time off work is highly encouraged so employees can recharge and continuing doing the work they love in a healthy way.
Career growth and development remains an important aspect of our culture as we endeavour to create a thriving team of data leaders. We believe the key to unlocking greater growth opportunities for our people is creating a prosperous business, therefore our focus is on ensuring the business becomes stronger and more resilient as we navigate uncertain times, and strive to give our people the support they need.
We are in the difficult position of having to make some potential redundancies, and we have started a consultation process to conduct this in a fair manner, directly impacting a small minority of the business. Whilst the consultation process is running, there will be no terminations due to redundancy. We appreciate how difficult this time is for individuals and will ensure everyone impacted gets an opportunity to speak with our leaders to share their thoughts and feedback on how we manage this process. Separate to the redundancy process, our people team run exit interviews with all permanent leavers as we very much want to hear why they are moving on from Redkite and what we can do to keep developing our employee experience.
In terms of the discretionary bonus, our decision to not pay it this year was a difficult one, however, it was made in support of minimising the redundancy impact. We appreciate how this is still disappointing for some employees and hope to be able to re-introduce this bonus in the coming years.
I hope some of the above addresses some of your observations and I wish you every success in your next opportunity.
Henry
