Challenging environment - which brings the best out of an every individual day in and day out. Flat structure - employee voice and feed back is pivotal for every business growth. Having a flat structure helps everyone to be in sync and work together. Growth mindset - growth is the centre of attention here, be it personal or organizational. This helps to keep growing at a rapid phase and personally I feel I am way ahead in the game of business and growth. Mentorship mindset - direct leaders acts as mentors instead of being hardcore managers which helps to improve my ability to grow my skills and passion. Feedbacks are given instantly and openly which helps me to understand where do I stand and what needs to be improved. I should say the best leaders I have worked with so far. Direct relationship with founders - this is something lacks in many industries and brands. Having this opportunity here helps to improve my strategic thinking and financial accumen. Lifestyle vs Job - my role has become a lifestyle, I have developed great passion to serve people and improve sustainability at the same time maintaining my personal life harmoniously.
Cons
Improve and grow current internal talent pool we have. Example - subsidized industry certifications, competency skills coaching programs, internal mentorship programs and etc. - I know we are working on this and this will grow further.

This has been an amazing rollercoaster full of growth, opportunities, and more. It is a face paced company that is really strives to succeed and wants its employees to do the same. While I’m newer to the company, I feel fully supported by my peers and leaders.

Pros
- Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking.
- Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative
- Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly
- Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects.
- My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.
Cons
- Like any startup there are growing pains and we are learning to prioritize the right projects.
- Sometimes the global hours can slow things down, mostly waiting for responses from my global counterparts or leaders
