Worked in many groups, some supervisory positions are filled with inexperience candidates making it hard to grow. Not always family first. Many long long nites with no recognition. Too many layoffs... Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians which makes it difficult to do your job efficiently and accurately as you are now doing the job of 2-3 people.
