Pros
The company hires smart, fun people; work environment is unique and funky cool; business model (if it actually was operated properly) is great.
Cons
First off, yes, all of the good reviews are fake. It is well known at the company that people are told to write positive good reviews (or else...). On the outside, this seems like a great company and great place to work, until you realize that the whole place is run by a dictator who feeds off making others feel insecure and defeated. She changes her mind everyday causing significant rework and confusion, loves finger pointing and is the most condescending person I have ever met. Even if you don't have to interact with her directly, she touches everything so her horrible energy permeates every role. Every week someone is in the garden crying, someone else is fired without warning or logic, and someone else is moved from one role to another without any say or discussion. The CEO has very high aspirations for the company, but she will ultimately fail. You can't treat people like dogs and survive for long. Additionally there are some serious ethical issues with some of her decisions and with how she treats business partners (lying, not paying...)
