Definitely a great job as far as the work.

No room for growth really

Fast employment from application to hire. Can be rewarding working in the healthcare sphere. Room for promotions (although limited) can occur if you dedicate yourself to always improving. Promote from within.

Strict rules/guidelines that don't always make sense or effect job performance. Seemingly unfair or at least not people oriented decision making from upper management. Cliques exist and rule the roost. HR can be hard to reach and often doesn't advocate for employees.
