Pros

None. Everything that isn’t straight-up terrible is mediocre. Pay is average, benefits aren’t anything worth mentioning, etc.

Cons

Management sets unrealistic expectations and assigns them brutal workloads and tight deadlines to meet. Support isn’t even provided, so employees are constantly forced to push past their limits.

Relay Payments Response

Relay is a fast-moving company, and as we work to revolutionize our industry, the pace can be intense. That speed and ambition are intentional and are paired with clear priorities, realistic expectations, and strong support. We know that a high-performance environment like ours isn’t the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. Our goal is to build teams that are challenged, supported, and fairly rewarded for their impact. Our environment was obviously not a good fit for you, but we wish you the best in whatever comes next.

Pros

There is nothing worth mentioning

Cons

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
