There is no perfect company. Being in People Strategy, I have come across organizations that all face the same challenges at some point in their growth. Relay Payments is no different. We are growing quickly and there are things that will evolve. Some might see rapid growth, change, and the need to work with a sense of urgency as a con. I choose to focus on solutions rather than problems. I focus on the progress we are making to not only take over the industry, but also be a great place to work. We’re in it together (a core value) means we all have a hand in how our culture evolves and inventing the future of Relay. I gave us 4 stars because, to me, 5 indicates we are perfect and have it all figured out. We’re listening to our people, learning from mistakes, and getting better every year.
