Pros
Relias has good energy. I’m in engineering management, and I feel supported here — trusted to lead, encouraged to modernize, and backed by a team that’s collaborative and low-ego. There’s real momentum behind improving our tools and processes, and it feels like we’re building forward, not stuck maintaining old patterns. The hybrid schedule is flexible, and the office is honestly awesome. We have an in-house 321 Coffee shop that fuels most of my personality, and a “quick coffee run” somehow always turns into an easy, organic chat with people across the company. The community puzzles on two floors are understated — you stop by for a brain break and end up solving world peace and hunting down corner pieces with new friends. Board games, chess, and indoor putt-putt scattered around the office make the place feel more like a community than a workplace. My team is collaborative, generous, and quick to jump in when someone needs help. It’s a place where you can lead without fighting constant battles.
Cons
We’re still modernizing some systems, so patience is occasionally required. Nothing deal-breaking.
