Being a current employee (as the review indicates), we strongly urge you to have an open discussion with either your manager or our People Experience team. We believe honest communication can help create solutions. If you are not comfortable with that route, you can always submit your suggestions for improvement through our intranet portal or submit your thoughts during our Feedback Fridays.
Great management, lots of resources to ensure success in your role.

It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Pros
*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered
*Great coworkers
*Lunch for in office workers.
Cons
*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs.
*Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay.
*Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients.
*For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn.
*Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction.
*No 401k match.
