Cons
Resolver's CSM role is, at its core, a sales position. You might "Be Loved By Customers", earn glowing CSAT scores and maintain near-perfect retention - but ARR growth is the only metric that will define your success. If you don't hit that specific sales target, you will be fired. The product itself requires significant customization, is unintuitive and frequently buggy. CSMs are expected to be subject matter experts but wont receive ANY product training. Literally none. Zero. In the span of a year, I watched double-digit departures (on a team of 8 people) as a direct result of the excessive workload and unrealistic expectations from management. Burnout is quite common. If you're looking for a role where you can grow and be supported, I promise you the grass is greener elsewhere.
