VERY poorly run company, no communication across teams, real issues of harassment and almost run like a small business tbh. no room for progression, and complete disregard for employee wellbeing, can completely cut people off without any assistance, extreme lack of communication and expectations from employees don’t reflect reality. Mental health issues are ignored, toxic culture. Although the company culture states it is an inclusive and welcoming place, this place is the furthest thing from being that. Employees don’t feel supported, and issues of harassment in the workplace go unnoticed or brushed under the rug. People quit/ get fired every week without notice, extremely toxic

Chaotic 'start-up' mentality - pivoting constantly - expect people to work long hours, contacted evenings and weekends etc. Not good work/life balance - mental wellbeing not a concern to leadership - expect you to always be 'on'
