Pros
The pay is par with inflation and experience. Bonuses are given for employee referrals. They give you lots of sign-on flare. My favorite was the Yeti Coffee Tumbler. My second favorite were the pens. The grip is outstanding. The tip and ink of these pens are just cohesive, with a strong deliverance.
Cons
The organizational structure and ideals fall in scope with The Peter Principle. The company's decision-making process is quick to ignore the harder right instead of the easier wrong when evaluating choices. There is no diligence for the whole truth, because the half-truth is simple, comfortable, and quick. Disputes among personnel are handled with acrimonious content, leading to narrow-minded and short-sighted solutions for outcomes. They are disingenuous in the management and maintenance of personnel when faced with diversity and equality. But the pens are great. There is no dispute about their pens.
