Cons
I'm really glad I left this company. In my 10 years of work experience, this was the worst environment I've ever encountered. The daily 16-hour work shifts and compulsory weekend work were exhausting, with no valid reason for them. Peer code reviews were overly strict, conducted with their own standards, with no room for different opinions. The management was extremely controlling, making it feel more like being in a school than a workplace. There were serious concerns about the well-being and security of the team, with no attention to employees' emotional and personal needs. The company had constant targeting and discrimination, with no focus on skill growth. Instead, the atmosphere was full of gossip and unfair comparisons. ADVICE TO NEW JOINERS: SELF-RESPECT IS IMPORTANT, GUYS. This type of toxic, micro-managed, and discriminatory environment can weaken your willpower and confidence. So, CHOOSE THIS COMPANY WISELY. At some point, MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING—DIGNITY AND SELF-RESPECT MATTER MORE. If you join, be prepared, because SUFFERING IS ALL THAT'S THERE. For skilled professionals, it's important to carefully consider whether this is the right place for long-term growth and well-being.
