Some nice people on the management, good office space
Cons
Obsolete software implementation; Low salaries; Bad people management where some employees accumulate developer/architect functions with career management, leaving no time for the later; Bad mindset where everyone expects you to work for unlimited time per day. When you're abroad it's quite usual to be under pressure to work 12+ hours/day because the older employees look at it as normal.
