Pros

The company has very flexible schedule for employee, they don't treat you as a kid as long as you can deliver. Company does have career development plan for employee and encourages employee to excel. Good training provided for new hires. Fair pay, and rising reputation in retail market as Oracle system specialist.

Cons

Heavy travel is required, limited employee benefits

Good Office Great environment (Depending on the account, senior or member resource, etc.) Rising reputation as Oracle Retail specialists

Cons

Too much differences between same level employees (Salary, conditions, opportunities, qualifications, etc.) Too much "family members" at the company which reflects eavily in opportunities and fair treatment between employees Low HR skills in some senior members

Some nice people on the management, good office space

Cons

Obsolete software implementation; Low salaries; Bad people management where some employees accumulate developer/architect functions with career management, leaving no time for the later; Bad mindset where everyone expects you to work for unlimited time per day. When you're abroad it's quite usual to be under pressure to work 12+ hours/day because the older employees look at it as normal.
