In joining this company, my supervisor and I were taking a shared risk. I was converting from a long-held role to a new role. I had decent experience in one of the knowledge domains which would be key to my success and generalized knowledge/experience in the other. I can happily report that the risk has paid off well for both of us!
I have been in the technical industry for ~25 years working for large public companies, mid-sized firms, and VC funded ventures. RevCult is a rare find and a very special place to be in my experience. This is one of the very few places in the technology landscape to come if you want to grow professionally and tackle new challenges while working alongside an excellent leadership team with teammates who are genuinely good and very capable human beings.
Company values and behaviors are not just placarding on a wall here that everyone ignores. We interview for people that will share our values and we all strive to live those values and behaviors each day. These are not ideological values and behaviors, to be clear. Rather, they are “...be a good human being, a good teammate, one who gets stuff done and who always seeks to deliver real value to our clients…” traits, to be clear.
I am very thankful every day at RevCult that I have had the opportunity to be a part of this collective journey. l look forward with anticipation to all the new challenges my teammates and I will tackle together in the coming years!
