This job is perfect for someone who wants to start working from home (or the office) virtually conferencing with customers. If you enjoy consulting with customers who could (usually) care less about what you have to say, definitely apply. This company is VERY traditional, so if you prefer a micromanaged, “the top is better than you” environment, this place is for you! No tobacco use is tolerated in this company. -Flexibility of schedule -Intensive paid training -Great people as team members/management

-Benefits (PTO, Sick days, Strict NO tobacco use, 2 year vesting period...) -No growth upwards in the department -No contact from upper level management about future of the department -Auto customers are rude/condescending towards women (which I am) -Traveling (I drive on average at least 2 hrs every day) -If not traveling, you work from home with barely any human contact -Micromanaged
