It's a toxic culture of gaslighting, where you're made to believe that you are the problem, sometimes even being explicitly told so. When you muster up the courage to voice your concerns, they are dismissed and brushed off as though they hold no merit. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, you are made to feel like the issue itself. Even more disheartening is the fact that certain team members are pre-warned about their abrasive behavior, rather than actively working on improving their conduct or being performance managed out of the company.
