Pros

People in your teams are great and work hard. Get to drive new and different cars. Helping customers so feels good.

Cons

Movigo group that bought the company two years ago promised some great changes. Fast forward a year and they split management and separated sales and operations, which led to a downward spiral with the Management for NSW being inexperienced, condescending, micro managing, bullying, creating cliques and you get fired for asking questions. If you aren't greek or related no chance of you experience any career growth. Always point out mistakes and prefers to shoot first and ask questions later with a strict policy of never apologising for mistakes if they are in a higher position. Full of lies and empty promises. People and culture supports only management decisions and doesn't do anything to help support or build a better culture or care about the people working there. Strict "management decisions" are the best decision and your ideas are crap policy unless they think it themselves. Used to be a good company and had it's shortcomings but off late it's a nightmare to even want to go into work. I give this company another 6 months under the current management and every single tenured person in this company will leave.

Pros

Learn alot, and I was given opportunities

Cons

Do you want to work in an environment where promotions come without pay? Do you enjoy your colleagues stabbing you in the back? Do you long for a workplace where you dont feel safe and valued? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you've come to the right place. In today's corporate world, the amount of political BS that permeates management, both at the normal and senior levels, is simply horrendous. I've witnessed many managers reduced to tears on multiple occasions throughout the past year. It seems that the modus operandi is to break employees down, only to rebuild them into individuals who constantly seek approval and appreciation. It's a twisted cycle that leaves you perpetually yearning for validation. To add insult to injury, other departments may act sweet and friendly to your face, but behind your back, they drive a metaphorical knife into your reputation. It's a toxic culture of gaslighting, where you're made to believe that you are the problem, sometimes even being explicitly told so. When you muster up the courage to voice your concerns, they are dismissed and brushed off as though they hold no merit. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, you are made to feel like the issue itself. Even more disheartening is the fact that certain team members are pre-warned about their abrasive behavior, rather than actively working on improving their conduct or being performance managed out of the company.

Pros

Used to be a wonderful company, the service they provide is actually really positive as you are able to help a lot of people in stressful situations.

Cons

Senior management is compromised of some of the nastiest and most toxic people I have had the misfortune of meeting. HR apparently exist solely to shield management from consequences and the entry level positions are basically just a meat grinder, no effort at all put towards retention or employee satisfaction.
