the leadership is toxic & is using AI to replace jobs
not much room for growth
no one is available when someone requests a supervisor on the phone so people just yell at you forever and it impacts your metrics which hurt your ability to get promoted in the future
everyone is getting outsourced to overseas or AI and customers are upset but the CEO doesnt care as long as they make profit
