- If you are a blue badge (contractor), you don't get nearly the same kind of benefits as a red badge (full time) employee even if you're working there full time and contributing the same. You aren't treated well as a blue badge and have no safety or security and do not get the acknowledgment of your contribution on the project. - Management, in my experience was awful.
