Pros
Challenging data problem & history of leadership changes is the reality of RMS. But it gives employees best environment to explore, learn, fail fast and try again. Competitive pay - cutting edge technology - catastrophic risk management domain contributing back to human life.
Cons
though it is a downside for the company, for the individuals working here, i see this as a great opportunity to learn - quick to throw away the implementation and start over with a different design/technology
