Employees are not utilized correctly, haveing large client base has led to clients that have particular needs and become dependent on a single technician, well some would see this as a good thing it ends up getting in the way when the only person with the expertise needed is tied up at a client site for 3 days a week. Employees also do not recive proper recognition of skills in things that do not relate to either a Microsoft certification (to benifit their partnership level) or a Cisco cert (that does not apply to 99% of the clientele) is cast
aside.
